a. Spray paint(喷漆)

b. Spray paint gun, can be found in Home Depot(喷漆枪, Home Depot 有卖).
c. Stapler(订书机)
d. Scissor(剪子)
e. Small paper plate or hard board ( 纸盘子或硬纸板)
f. Foam sheet for wrapping or shipping.(包装用泡沫塑料)

g. 黄色毛线做花芯用
h. 尼龙拉锁(Velcro), Walt Mart or Office Depot 有卖。
i. Hot glue gun，can be found at Wal-Mart (热塑胶枪，Wal-Mart 有卖). 见图1。

2. Steps:(步骤)
a. Cut pedals (裁剪花瓣)
Pedal size can be larger or smaller than the one showed in
花瓣尺寸可大些或小些，这里只给出一种尺寸，尺寸适合跳舞时拿在手上。每朵莲花需要12片同样尺寸的花瓣。 见图2

b. Painting (喷漆)
花瓣尖部应喷漆，从叶尖到花瓣高三分之一处颜色由浓渐淡，不要整个花瓣都喷色，或喷色部分超过二分之一。见图3

c. Prepare pedals for inside/outside layer (作内外圈花瓣)
内圈5个花瓣，外圈7个花瓣，可根据情况加减花瓣数。
内圈花瓣底部多折一些然后用订书机钉好（见图5-1-inside, 图5-2-inside），外圈花瓣少折一些然后用订书机钉好（见图4-1-outside, 图4-2-outside）。

d. Connecting pedals (将内外圈花瓣分别连起来)
内圈花瓣之间重叠一些后用订书机钉好。见图6-inside, 图7-inside, 图7-1-inside。

e. Cut paper plate or hard board and glue it to the inside/outside layer(剪裁和粘贴内外圈莲花底座)
根据内外莲花的大小把纸盘子或硬纸板剪成合适尺寸的圆形，用Hot glue gun 把圆纸板粘到内外莲花的底座上，见图7-1-inside, 图7-1-outside。

f. Making …（准备花心）
用黄毛线，见图9-1, 图9-2

g. Put velcro in the middle (固定尼龙拉锁)

h. Put on string for handle

i. Installation（安装）
将内外圈花瓣通过尼龙拉锁装在一起，然后将花芯与内圈底板上尼龙拉锁相连，见图10

j. Storage（保存方法）
将内圈，外圈，和花芯分开放，会节省空间，且不易使花瓣变形。可装入纸箱内保存。见图11
